Everybody loves a softer house track. One that makes you feel like you’re constantly in a pool keeping cool from the harsh sun that’s shining on the world. BODHI‘s new remix of LONDON GRAMMAR definitely makes you feel just like that, like your deep underneath the world surrounded by blue, just blue.

With most of the original elements of ‘Hey Now’ still in place like the deep, soft and intricate vocals that echo throughout the remix, and of course the initial melody. The remix of course does feature some new elements which may make it sound more like a track that you can listen too almost anywhere. BODHI have added in some lovely samples and synths that make ‘Hey Now’ sound like it could be on the move rather than just floating still.

A faster beat has been added that bounces off a digital beat which seems to have a tail of shimmering synths that follow the beat as it move forward. The layering of the vocal tracks however is by far the best part of the remix of ‘Hey Now’. With the cooing deep vocals shadowing the light, uplifting vocals that would usually come a bit later in the track, BODHI have made the vocal track sound like various ghosts echoing through the mind of the listener which make it all the more magical.

BODHI have been creating some wonderful remixes of late and hopefully we should be able to listen to some new material, however we can wait for all that just by lying back and listening to their LONDON GRAMMAR remix as it’s one of the most delicate remixes we’ve heard in a while.
