If you are looking to drift off on a sea of marshmallows into the foggy abyss of relaxation, then DREAM KOALA is for you. From Montpellier, France the producer labels himself as a 'Laptop genius since '94' as this is exhibited in the smooth beats available on his Soundcloud.
'Odyssey' is a stand out mix that combines haunting guitar with atmospheric vocals. Use this mix to slow down, breathe in and out and meditate to the heavenly beats that seem to escalate in the most subtle way.
The clip for 'Odyssey' does one better. Shrouded in luscious architecture that begins to slowly crumble, along with some notable statues such as the Venus De Milo. A forest filled with beautiful waterfalls and flora implode in all of its 3D glory.

He has taken all the great minimal influences of 2013 and regenerated them into his own mash up of cold as ice tracks that reach into your chest and rip your heart out. 'We Can't Be Friends' sounds like the sexy brother of FRANK OCEAN with dripping keys and lullaby vibes, only interrupted by the scratch of the synth. A marriage that somehow works so that you can already picture yourself drifting off to his tunes come nighttime.
'Hipster Girl' is about as up-tempo as you will find with its prickly guitar licks and sweet breathy vocals. This man is no stranger to remixing a few favourites as well, with XXYYXX and BANKS' tunes getting some love from the French producer, much to our delight.
