LUCIANBLOMKAMP has been a longtime favourite of ours here at Purple Sneakers and so naturally we're very excited for his latest offering 'The Overman.'

'The Overman' is the latest offering from LUCIANBLOMKAMP's second album, Bad Faith and is the now the third track we've gotten from him since, Post-Nature - his hugely successful debut album that put him on regular rotation on Triple J, FBi and RRR.

'The Overman' begins with violin in the forefront, played in a dramatic fashion that puts you in the mind of black and white film noir. This continues on for several moments before giving way to deep bass and finally a very memorable drop leads into the rest of the song. It's an inherently dark song, with synths that would be right at home scoring a thriller film and ghostly vocals that send shivers down the spine.

Bad Faith is due out April 1st (we hope, it could be a cruel April Fool's joke) via Good Manners/Caroline, and if 'The Overman' is anything to go by, it's going to be killer.
