London multi-instrumentalist, Barbarossa, has just revealed his single 'Home', featuring the vocals of Jose Gonzalez.

James Mathé is one of many musical counterparts; not only a member of [the now defunct] Fence Collective, he's also one of the live performers for JunipJose Gonzalez' band, and Johnny Flynn. On top of all that, the Londoner has established his own esteemed project, BARBAROSSA.

Just days away from releasing his third record, ImagerBarbarossa has revealed one of the albums singles, 'Home', featuring the vocals of Jose Gonzalez.

A lone, reverberating vocal adorns the space of 'Home', acoustically driving an overwhelmingly large arena. Temporarily replaced for an enriching melody, the progressive layering of 'Home' reacquaints this initial vocal, harmonising with the uplifting orchestra that Barbarossa has so skillfully constructed.

This amalgamation reaches its absolute peak come chorus time, for guest vocalist Jose Gonzalez questions the audience of 'Home' with an abundance of philosophical curiosities.

An incredibly powerful piece, the arrangement of Barbarossa's 'Home' has resulted in nothing short of an anthem.

'Home' is the single taken from Barbarossa's third record, Imager, due for release on Monday, 11th May through Memphis Industries.
