Live Review: Tender Games 'Lost' (Ben Pearce Remix)

It's been a while since we've heard from BEN PEARCE, the producer who stole our hearts with his amazing track 'What I Might Do'.

Since his debut, BEN PEARCE has been touring like crazy and recording a few bits and pieces that unfortunately we haven't heard, but luckily today we've got a brand new remix to reel us back into the world of Mr. PEARCE.

The remix is for Berlin-based duo TENDER GAMES and their single 'Lost'. The pair are signed to SUOL Music and it's not hard to see why when you listen to the original mix of 'Lost'. The track has a very smooth R'n'B vibe flowing through the smack beat and high-pitched vocals. The addition of a very cool synth adds a bit of fun into the otherwise mature track, but BEN PEARCE has turned up the fun on his remix and we friggin' love it.

BEN PEARCE's remix has transformed so many elements of 'Lost' into more energising pieces of music. The beat has been expanded by a series of humming synths and if you listen carefully, you may hear subtle marimbas being mixed into the beat. The synths feel warmer now that PEARCE has played with 'Lost'. They feel more vibrant and easier to move to whereas before they sounded calming and cool.

'Lost' is a lot more fun now that BEN PEARCE has remixed it. We now have two versions of TENDER GAMES' track to revel in, one for the rainy days and one for the poolside fun.
