Live Review: Midland 'Before We Leave'
Midland has released a brand new single that will no doubt keep you listening for days to come
MIDLAND likes to keep his new releases minimal, with only a few trickling out every now and again, but with fantastic tracks like this that's probably a good thing.
With the producer only releasing new singles sporadically, it shows you how much time and effort goes into perfecting each track. Today we have one of those lovely tracks to listen to and it is called 'Before We Leave'.
The London-based producer has gathered up his most luscious track and decided to unleash it upon the world and it's just as good as you would hope. MIDLAND has created something quite beautiful here and it's so unique and fresh that it will probably last you until it's next release because you'll be playing it over and over again.

'Before We Leave' has wonderful atmospheric synths beaming underneath a series of iconic house samples. These samples are usually paired with a harder melody or more scattered synths, however MIDLAND has decided to place the samples a top a very simple melody that almost sounds like a soft orchestra. This is a ver harmonious track, one that would give you the most relaxing aura and become a staple in your chill-out playlist. The soft strings transfer their grand aura into yourself and you suddenly feel at ease with everything.
MIDLAND's latests masterpiece is coming out on good ol' vinyl on July 14 and the digital version will also be available on that day through Phonica White.
