Live Review: Akouo Guest Mix for Purple Sneakers on FBi Click

We're huge fans of AKOUO here at Purple Sneakers. Not only is the producer an incredible creator of innovative sounds, but he's one with incredible intent and a great sense of purpose too.

His sound encompasses a great deal of electronica, but with a gorgeous future twist. Aside from being well considered, he's a master of the little things in terms of sample selection and as another example, what sort of percussion to use with a certain vibe.

The Tassie native is over in the US at the moment to play a string of shows and record for a while, which is absolutely huge for someone that started where all producers start; in their bedroom.

He put his Mesa EP out a little over a year ago, but the producer's continued on strong with a steady output of tracks, remixes and incredible mixes.

Speaking of mixes, we had Akouo deliver thirty minutes of pure future bliss this week for our radio show on FBi Click.
