Budjerah - Talk (feat. MAY-A)

Off the back of a massive breakout year, singer songwriter Budjerah has released his glowing new single, ‘Talk’ featuring MAY-A. The track is a gorgeous piece of contemporary soul and R&B that combines a looped percussion line with spacey piano chords and sexy guitar licks. It’s a track about communication, how important it is in every relationship, and how the world is missing it given our digital dependence.

Princess Nokia - Boys Are From Mars (feat. Yung Baby Tate)

New York-born Puerto Rican MC, singer, songwriter, entrepreneur, style icon, actress, and activist has released her new single, ‘Boys Are From Mars’ with Yung Babby Tate. The track is a banging rap ballad. It features trademark confident verses from Princess Nokia, a ferocious vocal contribution from the great Yung Baby Tate.  

Giveon - For Tonight

Highly renowned singer songwriter Giveon has returned with his new single, ‘For Tonight’. His new single is another undeniably irresistible R&B cut. Downtempo punchy percussion sit below the minimal beat, that features gorgeous piano chords and Giveon’s personality fuelled top line. 

Golden Vessel & rei so la - Jersey City

Golden Vessel has collaborated with fellow Meanjin/Brisbane based artist rei so la with new single, ‘Jersey City’. The track is an uplifting alt-pop track, perfectly fitting between the two artists' distinct sounds.  

Azure Ryder - Ladder to the Moon

Australian singer-songwriter Azure Ryder has released the second track from her upcoming EP, ‘Ladder To The Moon’. The track showcases a more gentle side to the gifted songwriter, hinting at elements of alternative pop and a soulful, disco chorus. Regardless, it’s packed with just as much musicality as her previous work, creating an extremely impressive pop track.

CHAII - Get It Done

​​Rising multifaceted artist CHAII has today unveiled her new single and music video, "Get It Done". Alongside the release of the track she’s announced her sophomore EP, Pineapple Pizza will be released on November the 5th. The track is a bouncy rap and pop crossover, featuring sparse menacing production and a hypnotic flow from CHAII.

Wiki - Can’t Do This Alone (feat. Navy Blue)

Wiki continues the rollout for his forthcoming album, Half God, executive produced by Navy Blue, set for release on October the 1st. The latest single features both of the artists trading bars over a sampled looped beat. =

Big Skeez & Gold Fang - Where Yuh From

Sudanese Australian rapper Big Skeez has combined with Trinidadian Australian rapper Gold Fang for new single, ‘Where Yuh From’. The track is an ode to their respective areas on the outer fringes of Eora / Sydney, and that despite its misconceptions, the areas are thriving. The track is about embracing where you’re from, your heritage and bringing those qualities to light.

Pretty Girl - Arc

Naarm’s Pretty Girl is becoming one of the most hyped names in Australian underground dance music. ‘Arc’ was written in 2020’s lockdown period, toeing the line between reflection and full blown dance. Every bass, percussion and energetic element in the mix is juxtaposed by a gorgeous melody, a waving synth, or ambient tone.

Sassy 009 - Mystery Boy

Oslo based artist Sunniva Lingård aka Sassy 009 has announced her mixtape Heart Ego is set to be released on October the 22nd, alongside the release of her hard-edged new single, ‘Mystery Boy’. the track is a groove laden neo-soul inspired cut. Soft percussion in the tracks verses combine with gorgeous, building chords.
