Theres one thing that actually does change between the game's annual releases, and thats Fifa's highly reputable soundtracks.

As a long playing Fifa head, theres one thing that actually does change between the game's annual releases, and thats Fifa's highly reputable soundtracks. Fifa has always delivered with their menu soundtracks, even kickstarting a heap of hits, including MGMT's 'Kicks', Disclosure's 'F For You' and of course, John Newman's 'Love Me Again'. This year, they've gone even more hype, to curate a playlist not too different to many of ours, one thats jam packed with a diverse range of electronic and rap music.

The soundtrack is the franchises largest yet featuring 120 songs. On the local front, our very own Young Franco made the cut, with his massive single, 'Fallin Apart' featuring Denzel Curry and Pell as well as alt-band Bloodmoon. The tracklist also features the likes of Pa Salieu and Slowthai, The fricken Chemical Brothers, Little Simz, Brockhampton, Caribou, AJ Tracey, Major Lazer and heaps more.

"This year’s main Soundtrack offers 52 new tracks – a genre-spanning collection of bold and uplifting rhythms from artists like Glass Animals, Polo & Pan, Bakar, CHVRCHES, and more," says the game developers EA. "FIFA 22 will also showcase music from some of the world’s hottest newcomers such as NYC vocalist Casper Caan, Australian alt-rockers Bloodmoon, Brazilian vocal phenom CAIO PRADO and London soul singer Hope Tala."
