She's back! Caroline Polachek has today released her long awaited brand new single, 'Bunny Is A Rider', co produced by Danny L Harle. It's the first original piece of music she's released since her stunning and critically acclaimed seminal record, 'PANG'. With it she positioned herself as a formidable vocalist, songwriter and producer, putting her on the broader world music map as an alt pop connoisseur and visionary. She's worked with some of the best creative brains in the world, From Beyonce and Travis Scott, To Charli XCX and A.G. Cook. With every creative decision Polachek continuously shape shifts, bridging together the respective worlds of indie, pop and electronic music in a classy way.

'Bunny Is A Rider' reflects this ethos in a stunning way, picking up from where she left off after the release of 'PANG'. The track is a glitchy and smooth combination of indie and electronic, with her vocal gliding elegantly over the crisply produced beat. The tracks four four drum pattern provides just enough space for its rumbling bass line. 'Bunny Is A Rider' reaches full peak in its chorus, with the tracks harsher percussive elements perfectly balancing glitzy and euphoric synths. It's a slightly spicier territory from her introspective indie-pop roots, featuring a powerful top line boasting with confidence, glistening with tints of Summer paradise.

Of the release, Caroline shares, “'Bunny Is A Rider' is a summer jam about being unavailable. Bunny is slippery, impossible to get ahold of. Maybe it’s a fantasy, maybe it’s a bad attitude. But anyone can be bunny, at least for three minutes and seventeen seconds. The song features a scorching bass performance from producer Danny L Harle, plus his baby daughter’s first vocal cameo.”
