24 February 2021 | 4:08 pm | Emma Jones

Sampa The Great has delivered an impeccable live performance for NPR's iconic Tiny Desk series, live from Lusaka, Zambia.

Everything Sampa The Great does is top tier. Anything she sets her mind to, she puts her all into, and her latest move once again shows off this excellence. Joining NPR for their Tiny Desk Concerts (At Home) series, she brings the world to Lusaka, Zambia for an absolutely incredible performance, immediately becoming one of the series' best.

Immediately ripping into 'Rhymes Of The East', Sampa and her exceptional band then kick into 'Mwana', 'Freedom' and 'Final Form' in a stellar 17-minute performance which is part of NPR's celebrations of Black History Month. The ARIA-award winning artist and her eight-piece band made it look positively easy, as she has done in past performances with her band as well, proving she really is a class above.
