The Chemical Brothers, Pete Tong, Big Miz, Maya Jane Coles and more contribute to NHS fundraising compilation ‘CARE4LIFE’
If you’ve been itching for some new CHEMICAL BROTHERS, you are now in luck! The pioneering duo is one of the whopping 45 acts to contribute a track to a brand new compilation titled CARE4LIFE, aimed at raising funds for the UK’s National Health Service.
Remixing their own song ‘Catch Me I’m Falling’ off their 2019 GRAMMY-winning album, No Geography, The Chemical Brothers are joined by the likes of Pete Tong, Maya Jane Coles, Big Miz, Joe Goddard, Dusky, Patrick Topping, Eats Everything and many, many more. Proceeds will be going to NHS Charities Together, which is comprised of more than 250 charitable organisations that all support the NHS.
In an accompanying press release, organisers behind the compilation said, “Through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have all developed a new understanding and awareness about the role our frontline health professionals undertake, and as a nation, we are all united in our appreciation of the incredible work they have delivered in the face of much adversity and pressure in the last couple of months.”
They continued, stating, “In the continued spirit of people coming together in this time of need, the CARE4LIFE project hopes that this amazing collection of music can contribute to easing that pressure by giving some much needed support to these frontline workers from our fellow artists and friends in the music industry and its surrounding community.”
