A father and son have recreated the iconic stage design from Daft Punk's Alive 2007 show using LEGO.

The iconic stage design from DAFT PUNK's Alive 2007 show has long been heralded as one of the very best among music fans, and now it's received a very special recreation from what might be one of the most wholesome news stories in the time of COVID-19.

A father and son have recreated the design using Lego as part of a new partnership between LEGO and Universal Music. The competition encouraged fans to show their love of music using the blocks, and this incredible entry created by Patrick Harboun and his son made the top ten, obviously.

Writing under the video they uploaded to YouTube, Harboun wrote: “We’ve always been massive Daft Punk fans. I’ve spent my high school years listening to Homework in loop on my Walkman."

"My son’s favourite song when he was 1 was Get Lucky (actually it was the only song he was willing to listen, although, to keep our sanity and be allowed to listen to other songs in our life, my wife and I eventually managed to extend his appreciation to the whole Daft Punk discography). Soon Digital Love became a regular bedtime lullaby. Now that my son’s 8 he has transferred the passion to his 4-year-old sister and our family is regularly robot rocking around the world."
