Dom Dolla has announced revised tour dates, shifting his biggest tour yet from May to October after the COVID-19 outbreak.

Dom Dolla is the latest artist to announce changes to their initial 2020 plans, with the news today that his enormous May tour has been shifted to October. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, many artists have been scrambling to shift their tour dates as the industry continues to be hit hard by venue closures and strict social distancing measures.

Keeping all of the original venues for these dates, Dom Dolla will be hitting Adelaide's Thebarton Theatre on Thursday 22nd October, before performing at Centenary Warehouse in Perth the following night on Friday 23rd October. The extensive tour will then see Dom hit up Brisbane's Fortitude Music Hall on Thursday 29th October, before wrapping up the tour on Halloween at Sydney's iconic Hordern Pavillion.

On the postponement, Dom said to fans, "Hey Australia, thanks for being so patient on the status of my May tour... it’s been an absolute jigsaw puzzle to find NEW DATES amidst all of this madness. The good news is, we found them!!! I can’t wait to tear the roof off with you all once we’re all allowed out of the house. In the meantime: stay safe, hold onto your tickets and I’ll see you in OCTOBER."

This tour comes hot on the heels of a banner year for Dom Dolla. Responsible for dancefloor and festival anthems ‘Take It’ and ‘San Frandisco’, 2019 saw Dom Dolla truly breakthrough with over 100 million streams, his 2nd ARIA Nomination, a gold record, consecutive weeks as most played song on triple J, debuting on triple j’s Hottest 100 at #33 with ‘San Frandisco’, and back to back ARIA club chart #1’s. This year looks set to be even bigger with the producer already confirmed for this year’s Coachella, he’ll be heading out on tour all over the world in the months to come.
