Live Review: 100 gecs drop 'ringtone' remix featuring Charli XCX, Rico Nasty and Kero Kero Bonito

After weeks of teasing and taunting fans, 100 gecs have finally released their long-awaited remix of 'ringtone', featuring a triple heavy-hitter line up of CHARLI XCX, RICO NASTY and KERO KERO BONITO.

From Charli XCX launching proceedings and taking charge of the hook to Kero Kero Bonito's Sarah Bonito following in style before Rico Nasty crashes in, each artist makes their mark on the track before a glitchy outro wraps things up. It's a thrilling new take on the original which was a highlight from 100 gecs 2019 album, 1000 gecs, and is the third release we've heard from the forthcoming remix album, 1000 gecs & The Tree of Clues. Previous remixes include takes from AG Cook and Injury Reserve.
