Melbourne-based producer LUCIANBLOMKAMP has just released his newest single ‘Still No’ featuring acclaimed UK Grime artist and MC TRIM.

Melbourne-based producer LUCIANBLOMKAMP has just released his newest single, ‘Still No’. This latest track is another effortless exhibition of the young producer’s extensive production talent, and features acclaimed UK grime artist and MC TRIM.

This latest release is the second track taken from LUCIANBLOMKAMP's project Sick of What I Don't Understand, set to be released across a three-part album over the coming months. Since last year's stunning album, Bad Faith, LUCIANBLOMKAMP has been rather quiet on the release front, keeping himself busy amongst writing and producing with US rapper 6LACK and Seekae's John Hassell.

Succeeding Sick of What I Don't Understand's first single 'Nothing' feat. Rromarin, ‘Still No’ radiates a different tone surrounding the same powerful lifeline of intricate, percussive breakbeats. This second single has traded in the former’s slow-burning, gloomy synth pads for a much more upbeat tempo and glowing synth and string textures, exuding impressions of soft iridescence that can be found in the calm after a storm.

‘Still No’ emits a placid aura despite the strata of vigorous percussive rhythms, and instantaneously sends torrents of buoyant feels through your bones. TRIM’s performance creates another unique element in the track and effortlessly cuts through production complexities to uphold these nuances of serenity.
