Live Review: PREMIERE: William Kiss gets ethereal with latest techno track, 'Revival'

It's no secret we here at Purple Sneakers love rising producer MADE IN PARIS. We truly believe she has the "Midas touch" when it comes to techno, so it's really only fitting she'd go onto become a founder of her own record label, Upon Access. Now, she's extending that golden touch to her label and her signings, and it's with great pleasure that we premiere the first listen from her latest signing today from WILLIAM KISS.

A Melbourne producer with an affinity for percussion, Kiss was undeniably drawn to the rich complexities of techno. Going onto hone his craft and release his music on labels such as Recovery Collective, Oxytech and Cornicello Records, Kiss has a new EP on the horizon set to be released via Upon Access, and it's impressive to say the least.

'Revivial' is the second of two tracks from Kiss' latest output, and features a deep, rolling bassline and rigid percussive elements. True to form, Kiss meticulously adds bit by bit to the track to get it to an almighty climax, playing with ethereal synths and rich textures.

Taken from his Black Sky two-track EP, we're pretty confident Kiss is onto a good thing here, and we're excited to see what he does next. Until then, however, we're more than happy to revel in 'Revival'.
