Melbourne hip hop legend SENSIBLE J has shared his debut release "Fire Sign" featuring Remi Kolawole and Sampa The Great.

Sensible J drops impressive layers of percussion, funk and hip-hop weaving in Remi and Sampa's tight flow. It's easy to see why he has a reputation as one of Melbourne's finest producers. Themes of community and cultural diversity are a testament to the the group's ongoing commitment to positivity and social change.

It might be hard to believe this is Sensible J's debut release, and that might be because it isn't, exactly. He forms one half of REMI, producing the acclaimed, award-winning records, Raw X Infinity and last year's Divas and Demons, as well as performing live across Australia's festival circuit and most respected venues. It's not the first collaboration we have seen from the trio either. Last year they released the Dilla-inspired, soulful 'For Good' that received international acclaim and solidified their places at the top of the Australian hip hop and soul spectrum. They're also just days away from embarking on a tour together hitting dates right across the nation.
