Avantgard UK songstress debuts new single 'Casualty' an experimental and refreshing take on RnB

SARSHA SIMONE debuts smouldering single 'Casualty.' The self proclaimed buddha barbie is turning RnB on its head with her unique style of avant-garde production and soulful vocals.

Sarsha has wasted no time building her artistic network, having collaborated with international artist FRANCES 20SYL, Juno Award winning producer MUNESHINE, MC’s TY RASHAAN AHMAD as well as rising Australian Hip Hop star CITIZEN KAY and has been working hard on crafting her sound, which effortlessly combines refined contemporary production elements with catchy pop hooks.

Sarsha's latest offering, 'Casualty' is incredibly intriguing. Deeply rooted in elements of soul, there are some seriously cool Asian inspired elements that really drive this track, which opens with these Balinese sounding chimes. These lay the foundation for an incredibly interesting layered instrumental element. The trap driven high hat percussion works well in contrast with the enchanting rhythm of the chimes. As always, Sarsha Simone's soul drenched vocals cut through and sweeten up the whole track, giving it a subtle pop feel.
