SAFIA's Top 5 Australian Acts To Watch This Year

9 September 2016 | 11:32 am | Emma Jones

To celebrate the release of their debut album "Internal", we asked SAFIA who they think we should be keeping our eyes on for the next big thing.

It wasn't so long ago that three boys from Canberra took the country by storm. SAFIA have come a long way in a short amount of time, and have defied exceedingly high expectations at every turn. Their debut album, Internal, is released today and it's been truly incredible to watch them rise to the top.

With their eclectic and unpredictable brand of electronica, they have become matured and accomplished musicians, and their success really speaks for itself. From hit singles "Listen To Soul, Listen To Blues," "Counting Sheep," and most recently, "Over You," SAFIA have become a serious force to be reckoned with.

Considering it wasn't that long ago everyone was dubbing these guys as "artists to watch," we thought it only fitting to now get their insight into the next crop of acts set to do great things. Check out Ben's top 5 acts to keep your eyes firmly planted on below, and get your copy of Internal here.
