There’s a little legend, Ninajirachi, making sounds with ‘Pots n Pans’

NLV Records recently drew to our attention the insane talents of NINAJIRACHI with a track called ‘Pots n Pans’.

It’s something this 16 year old has been working on in her spare time, making all of us complaining about having no time for a life just a pack of whinges.

Hailing from the Central Coast this little legend is still in school. She kicked her career off on SoundCloud at the ripe old age of 14. Let that sink in for a moment or two while you have a listen to this:

Ninajirachi has been getting airtime and praise form Triple J Unearthed, where her profile describes her sounds as like ‘music made in an ice cave’. But really, were you this cool at 16? With influences like Porter Robinson, Mura Masa, Flume and Odesza she obviously knows her stuff, but don’t for a second think her sound is just another clone. It is something very unique she has been concocting.

‘Pots n Pans’ definitely has a few sounds that sound like a heavenly clanging of pots and pans, it also has a bit of an old school video game feel to it, all while having a distinctly oriental vibe strung throughout. Its both bouncy and chill, you could listen to it a lot, like make it your ring tone a lot.

‘Pots n Pans’ is available for free download via SoundCloud showing that this little musical gem just wants to give out the gift of her talents to the world! She’s also apparently DJing at some house parties out there, which is just an epic reminder that house parties always trump clubs. Not to mention a shout out to how uncool you were as a teenager compared to all this.

Over caffeinated weirdo who knows the meaning of eclectic music tastes because of Sister Act II. I’ll accept just about anything, except for that one Snoop Dogg album where track seven gives me a headache.
