Essex based solo artist October Glow is starting 2016 by releasing his second single 'New Casio' which hits all the right notes

Essex based artist OCTOBER GLOW is starting 2016 by releasing his second single 'New Casio', using his talents as a producer and as a singer to create some of the most dreamy music to move your body to.

After spending most of 2015 playing shows and dropping his first single 'Cellar Door', 2016 is already looking good for October Glow.

The single 'New Casio' starts off with just the kick, keys and vocals which keeps building into such a chill dance track. Adding layer upon layer of electronic synths, drums and bass - until it all comes down to a stop in the last minute, only to continue with a beautiful spaced out breakdown of just soft keys and reverb rich vocals.

October Glow's music is in the same vein as other UK based artists such as Gold Panda and Jamie xx, but separates himself from his contemporaries by focusing on melancholy pop sound and molding it into an electronic dance vibe. The other way October Glow stands out is with a strong vocal delivery and experienced songwriting which manage to complement his production perfectly in tone and delivery.

As it says on October Glow's socials "October Glow is one person named Joe"... And an exceptionally talented person at that, who will hopefully be releasing more music soon.
