As a teaser for, Long Way Home, 'Love Is Blind' is promising indeed. With echoing, layered vocals, strong piano lines and submerged bass throughout it is the kind of soulful electro-pop ballad we have come to expect from Låpsley.

Of the album Holly 'Låpsley' Fletcher dubs it an "autobiography of my emotions and events over the past year." Indeed Låpsley is a strong advocate of writing her own songs, refusing to back down on the matter. "Straight away if I come in to a studio and someone says ‘I’ve written something for you’, then I’ll just walk out. I don’t care. I’m not there for that.”

With a beautiful voice and such strong creative integrity it's no wonder fans are flocking to her banner.

Long Way Home will be released March 4, 2016.
