To get you in the mood for his new release, Charles Murdoch has given us a taste of what's to come in the form of a collaborative track with Oscar Key Sung.

We can finally say that there's a release date for Charles Murdoch's long awaited debut LP. Put a huge mark on the 11th of December, because Future Classic are bringing Christmas around early.

Titled 'Point', it's a summation of Charles' work to date. It's an amalgamation of treasures that he's crafted, some with the help of friends like Ta-kuWafia, Kucka and Oscar Key Sung.

To get you in the mood for this highly-anticipated release, he's given us a third taste of what's to come in the form of a collaborative track he's crafted with Oscar Key Sung called 'Privacy'.

This one's got a surgeance of deep sounds that qualitatively feel wave-like, but it's got a heavy beat behind it that moves this on from ambience to almost deep house.

Charles Murdoch's production style is one of elegance and extreme decorum, and if anything, this one's a huge breath of fresh air. It's clean, and there's an awesome breakdown in the middle where we fully experience Oscar's vocals. It builds from this ambient atmosphere to a definite, almost psychedelic number.

Keep an ear out for Charles' debut release because it's going to be absolutely hot.
