Sweetland Guest Mix for Purple Sneakers on FBi Click

IMG_2507

We here at Purple Sneakers get particularly excited when we hear promising new talent. Melbourne in particular boasts an incredible amount of producers with their own unique flair. As of late, they’ve all been coming out of the woodwork and oh what an output.

SWEETLAND is one of these artists in particular. The Melbourne based producer is definitely a promising up and comer, with his forward-thinking brand of tech-house contributing to his definite originality.

The Stoney Roads producer put out ‘Solanum’ a little earlier in the year, and we thought the sound was big enough to make the grand canyon seem like a rabbit hole.

He’s been a bit quiet since, but we’re stoked to say that he’s back with an exclusive guest mix for our radio show on FBi Click. Filled entirely with unreleased originals, you could say that this is just one incredibly huge premiere amalgamation from Sweetland. But a bit more than that, it’s an opportunity for the producer to test run what he’s been working on.

Expect the unexpected, that’s the key to this one. Sweetland‘s always been about the enigmatic within his sound, and his mix definitely lives up to this.

No idea where she’ll be in 10 years, but as long as she has a good record and a glass of white wine, she’ll be sweet.
