OXJAM Australia, the biggest month long festival of gigs for good is here! And we’re excited to announce that we’re coming along to be a part of the journey and help raise funds for those in need.

Yep, the rumours are true. Purple Sneakers will be presenting FOUR parties as a part of the OXJAM celebrations across the month of August. But of course we can’t do this alone, so we’re teaming up with our friends across Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane to throw some huge events in the name of fighting poverty.

Together with Cant Say in Melbourne, The TBC Club in Brisbane, Cats in Adelaide, and The World Bar in Sydney we’ll be hosting your Friday night plans for three weeks straight from the 14th of August onwards – with tastemaking line ups featuring acts like Feki, Benson, Luke Million, Airwolf, Jesse Davidson, Gill Bates, Mike Metro, Boot Action, the LTM Crew and many more.

That’s all alongside events presented by other friends like I OH YOU, Noisey, MTV, Undr Ctrl, Heaps Gay, Motorik, One Day and more! You can find the full lineups at oxjam.org.au.

Now, even though these lineups are pretty tantalising, it doesn’t mean you can’t throw your own OXJAM party! Head over to the OXJAM website now to find out how you can organise your very own gig and help raise funds for Oxfam! Sign up now to host your own gig, however big or small, and be part of the biggest month-long festival of gigs for good.

So, we implore you to come through any the OXJAM events, or your own, and help raise money for Oxfam! Funds will go directly towards Oxfam‘s life changing work around the world. Oxfam is a world-wide development organisation that mobilises the power of people against poverty. For more info on where your money will be going, head to oxjam.org.au.
