Live Review: Josef Salvat 'Hustler' (Eagles For Hands Remix)

Just after the Official Video release of 'Hustler', the constantly experimenting and reinventing EAGLES FOR HANDS has done a remix with precision and ease.

Just after the Official Video release of 'Hustler' by Sydneys' JOSEF SALVAT, the constantly experimenting and reinventing EAGLES FOR HANDS has done a remix with precision ease and precision.

Rather than self indulging or overpowering, British based Eagle For Hands draws focus to the crooning vocals of the Australian singer/Songwriter. Cleverly, he uses quirky percussion and festival-style rhythms as a pedestal, elevating the original track elements and paying homage to Salvat and his work.

This is a remix centralised on the original delicate, soft palette voice of Salvat, only now we have him slightly distorted in pitch. As the track progresses, his infectious melodic vocals soar over galloping tempos, emphatic synths and swirling keys. Eagles For Hands has never been one to obey the laws of genre, so it's no surprise that this blend of body numbing dance music and heart melting soul works so effortlessly.

'Hustler' is 1000% one of those ear imploding dance anthems you'll sweat profusely to and probably peel your face off to.
