Live Review: Brenmar 'Hula Hoop' ft. UNiiQU3
Brooklyn DJ/Producer Brenmar teams up with Jersey club kween UNiiQU3 to deliver a huge dance track, Hula Hoop, literally inspired by girls at EDM festivals.
BRENMAR has been one busy man lately! After dropping his huge track Award last week, he's dropped another monster as well as a full EP! Clearly a fan of the Jersey Club scene, BRENMAR has recruited none other than UNiiQU3 for his track Hula Hoop.
The Brooklyn DJ/producer cited girls literally hula-hooping at EDM festivals as his inspiration for this track and his decision to recruit UNiiQU3 for added feminine flair was a very smart move on his part. As she encourages you to "Swing them hips like / Like a hula hoop" over the rising horn section, the track picks up speed and is off and racing by the time she demands "Bring it back around / Now hula hoop!"
Neither artist was holding back with this track, which even features a triumphant brass section to make it just that little bit bigger than it already was. Borderline hyperactive percussion, UNiiQU3's sassy spoken instructions, marching snares fit the track out to be party starter it is. BRENMAR's flawless blending of the Jersey club sounds and trap stylings make for a fresh new sound from the producer.

Out now on FOOLS GOLD, BRENMAR's EP is collaboration-heavy and sees the producer teaming up with fellow Jersey Club star DOUGIE F, as well as newcomers SAYYI and RO JAMES. The previously released Award flawlessly weaves it's way through future-house, R&B, hip hop and Jersey club as the King of Club music shows what he's made of.
BRENMAR is about to set off on a small US/Europe tour, so fingers crossed he sets his sights on Australia sooner rather than later!
