Live Review: Die Antwoord 'Ugly Boy' (Official Video)
South African rap-rave group Die Antwoord release their new and somewhat creepy music video for their recent track 'Ugly Boy'.
South African rap-rave group DIE ANTWOORD have recently released their latest video for track 'Ugly Boy', featured on their third studio album Donker Mag. This album was released earlier in the year via their own label, Zef Recordz.
In true DIE ANTWOORD style, this new music video falls nothing short of their eccentric usual, and features some pretty big names such as Cara Delevingne, Marilyn Manson, Jack Black, Flea, Dita Von Teese and the ATL Twins.
The film clip was directed by DIE ANTWOORD's own Watkin Tudor Jones (known more commonly as Ninja), and produced by fellow group member Yo-Landi Vi$$er. From what I can tell, not too much is to be made from this film clip, which sees the cast dance around to the track in some slightly questionable outfit choices (to say the least). If only this clip came out just a week or so earlier in time for Halloween, for all those people struggling for creepy costume ideas. Wigs, face paint and signs saying 'Hello my name is God' are evidently all popular choices. However despite the somewhat frightening and disturbing images, it is the kind of clip that you'll find hard to take your eyes off.

This track, which hears Yo-Landi confess her undying love for her 'ugly boy', is undeniably catchy thanks to the help of APHEX TWIN's Ageispolis, which is sampled on the track.
