Cats @ Rocket Bar ft. Basenji

In conjunction with his label, FUTURE CLASSIC and CATS @ Rocket Bar, BASENJI is taking the Adelaide leg of his national ‘Heirloom Tour’ to Cats.

The new single is available for free download via his SoundCloud page, and is definitely one heck of a banger.

It encompasses all of the lightheartedness that we so love about BASENJI’s sound, particularly due to his good-willed tendency to make beats that make you happy.

‘Heirloom’ is one for the masses, one for your bedroom, one for the club and one for the dancefloor too. BASENJI has created something multi-functional here, something that can exist on so many levels, yet simultaneously act as one fantastic track.

Supporting him on the night at Cats will be Perthite-come-Adelaidean D.Y.P, master of all things garage. He’s got this cool blend of UK garage going on here, one that particularly encompasses blends of funk and a tinge of house. Very smooth.

TAYLOR .245 was there to support BASENJI last time he hit up Cats, and they’ve reunited the family once again.
