Odesza have released the music clip for their track 'Say My Name' and it's emotionally wonderful.

'Say My Name' has been a favourite of ours since it was released and now with an accompanying video, it adds a whole new medium for us to love it in. The clip has a wonderfully loving story at it's core that is also quite sad, but it's an emotional journey that the viewer goes on with the character and 'Say My Name' is fully experienced.

The track itself has a very good melody that is extremely easy to dance along to. The track also has the potential for an exciting sing-a-long with ZYRA's vocals being extremely clear and flowing well. The synths that are scattered across 'Say My Name' sound almost magical as they twinkle and shimmer across the drum beat and percussion that ODESZA have laid down.

In certain places in the track the drums are fully apparent and chopped vocals bounce around it and this is probably one of the best pieces because its simplicity feels extremely powerful.

The video surrounds an actress who, on film, is proposed to. This seems like a very touching moment until she stares down the camera and is dragged back into reality as the film crew separate the woman and her acting partner. The crew try to take the ring used in the film away from her she refuses to have it taken away, showing that her love for her acting partner is unfortunately real for her, but only an act for him.

With a story as strong as that the video becomes all the more interesting and so applause is order for ODESZA for releasing such a fantastic clip.
