The Pharcyde Announced as OutsideIn 2014 Headliner

7 August 2014 | 12:05 pm | Hannah Galvin

Astral People & Yes Please Records' OutsideIn festival has returned for 2014, and it's as big as ever!

Starting a brand new festival would be extremely difficult. Along with many other things, you've got to prove your worth and build a sense of trust with those you wish to book for the lineup, as well as reach out to your target demographic and inform them of the inaugural event in the hope that the festival sees a decent turnout.

When ASTRAL PEOPLE and YES PLEASE RECORDS held their first OUTSIDEIN festival in 2012, it was pretty obvious that their approach and reputations had them ticking all of the boxes. Exceeding expectations, their debut event was beyond amazing, catering to many different tastes and looking after everyone present. It even drew in Thom Yorke as an audience member!

With their follow up event just as fantastic (featuring performances from the likes of MovementI'llsBadbadnotgood and the Since I Left You project), it's become quite apparent that OutsideIn is one of Sydney's most celebrated boutique festivals with many a punter anticipating it's annual return.
