LUCIANBLOMKAMP ‘Help Me Out’ (Official Video)
It’s a long name, but he’s got a long career ahead of him. LUCIANBLOMKAMP released his debut track ‘Help Me Out’ not too long ago and now that track has an accompanying music video.
The 20-year-old Melbourne producer made waves very quickly when he released his single and once this music video get unleashed into the world it’ll no doubt get everyone excited for what this boy has in store for us next.
Having only just exploded onto the electronic scene, LUCIANBLOMCAMP already has his debut album ready for release, meaning that this guy has been hiding his talents from us for quite a while now.
Director Max Walter has done a stellar job of transferring ‘Help Me Out’ into a visual medium. Beginning with a writer sitting down to his typewriter, we are quickly surrounded by visuals of his inspiration tacked onto walls and the text he is writing on the page. Each shot is positioned in a way that emphasises the beauty in the simple setting making the video appealing from the start. Soon our writer is haunted by people talking to him with scarily straight faces and he is suddenly struggling. It’s here that you realise that ‘Help Me Out’ is a pretty dramatic video as you see the writer trying to escape these faces with pills.
A hauntingly beautiful video for an excellent track, ‘Help Me Out’ will definitely stay in your mind for a long time whether it’s the visual or aural aspect. LUCIANBLOMKAMP has a lot to offer so when Post-Nature is release on August 15 through Remote Control Records, have a listen and see what’s there for you.
