Live Review: Miami Horror 'Wild Motion (Set It Free)'

11 July 2014 | 4:49 pm | Adriana Barro

Dust of the Hawaiian shirts kids, MIAMI HORROR are back.

Melbourne electronic outfit MIAMI HORROR have returned with the release of their new sparkly, 80's drenched tune 'Wild Motion (Set It Free)'.

Following on from last years much loved releases 'Real Slow' and 'Colours In The Sky', this new track is here to remind you once again why you should be getting ridiculously excited for the band's forthcoming LP due some time later in the year.

The album has been a long time in the making according to members of MIAMI HORROR, saying that they have avoided getting caught up in the small stuff this time around; "we've put a heavy emphasis on writing as much as we can for this album and not worrying about those little details too much."

'Wild Motion (Set It Free)' illustrates both lyrically and musically this idea of letting go and focusing on the bigger picture, which is a vibe that MIAMI HORROR seem to have perfected across their many years of creating blissful summertime anthems you can't help but dance to.
