Andy Bull ‘Talk Too Much’ (Kilter Remix)

Kilter @ OAF (Diabolique)

ANDY BULL released his self-produced full-length record Sea Of Approval just last week. Comprised of twelve tracks, a particular standout – ‘Talk Too Much’, has just been remixed by fellow Sydney producer Kilter.

Originally dipping its toes into a 1980s-inspired pool of stark synths and poppy beats, Kilter has revamped the tune with a higher tempo, softer samples and breezy synths to transform ‘Talk Too Much’ into a crystal wave a-wash with the producer’s own style; soaking you with colour and enrichment in the most poised fashion imaginable.

Adorning the sonic layers with ripples of underlying vocal samples riding through the tropical haven, Kilter has sustained Andy Bull‘s original lyrics; acting as the seabed to keep the elements of ‘Talk Too Much’ on its hinges.

Andy Bull‘s ‘Talk Too Much’ is the seventh track off his album Sea Of Approval that dropped on 11th July via Island Records. Grab your digital copy of the LP HERE.
