Live Review: Poupon 'Want It All'
Toronto-born and Amsterdam-based producer Poupon has recently joined the Club Sweat crew and released his track 'Want It All'.
Club Sweat, Sweat It Out's imprint that releases amazing club tracks one after the other, has again delivered the goods. POUPON made his name very quickly known by releasing a variety of tracks and projects that instantly caught the eyes of many other artists.
His sound mixes techno with R'n'B and of course house together that creates a wonderful blend that streams beautifully out of your speakers. There is a slight nostalgia for early 00's house in his work that will make you remember your first days on the scene and we can guarantee POUPON will keep on delivering great tracks as he moves forward.
With 'Want It All' slowly building itself up with deep, distorted vocals and very tangy percussion samples, the track holds in its power. It keeps everything down low as the groove slowly sets in and the vocals frame the melody that has been created by silky synths, thumping beats and tame percussion. The track is something you could see yourself driving along to as it continues on as smoothly as car would on the highway with the lights flashing past it at a very steady speed.

With the large list of signings he has across the world, POUPON will surely be one for international touring and by being part of the Club Sweat crew, the producer will no doubt begin to make his mark in Australia very soon.
