Live Review: LISTEN: Rufus 'Sundream' (Wordlife Remix)
Wordlife have released their remix for Rufus' track 'Sundream'.
Only recently, a remix EP for RUFUS' track 'Sundream' was released featuring three fantastic contributions from three very different artists: CLAPTONE, HAYDEN JAMES & WORDLIFE.
On the day of release we were presented with HAYDEN JAMES's offering, which we instantly fell in love with just like we did with his original track 'Permission To Love'.
WORDLIFE have a catalogue of tracks, including a recent single 'Club Strobe', that have quite heavy house influences and where HAYDEN JAMES has opted for a very chopped melody, the Sydney duo have decided that layering a variety of bright synths and heavy percussion elements is the way to go.

The tempo of the original has been sped up slightly here with a few extra clicks and smacks added in for a rougher texture. It's a piece of music that throbs, bouncing the samples and synths like a bucket of springs.
The WORDLIFE and HAYDEN JAMES remixes to 'Sundream' are available on the Sundream EP through iTunes now for your listening pleasure.
