SBTRKT Drops New Material 'Hold The Line'

The ever enigmatic UK producer and SAMPHA collaborator SBTRKT has just premiered brand new material from a series of 12" vinyl releases on Mary Anne Hobbs' BBC Radio 6 show.

These vinyls are to be released in a few months time and will act as precursors to a new album, slated for release later in the year. This will be SBTRKT's follow up to his highly celebrated 2011 self titled debut record.

What's on offer here is an entirely instrumental slice of more IDM leaning electronica, a slight throwback to SBTRKT's earlier work and something that definitely tips it's cap to 90's pioneers such as APHEX TWIN and AUTECHRE.

We can't wait to see what album number 2 brings!
