13 December 2013 | 6:46 am | Nick Luke

Melbourne duo CASENO bring us the latest episode in Sweat It Out's latest mix series: A Very Sweat Xmas.

Another week, another sweaty, sweaty mix for our earholes. If that sentence wasn't enough to get you excited for this mixtape, then we don't know what will.

Yes, that's right - another week brings another instalment in the 'Very Sweaty Xmas' mix series. Legendary Aussie dance label SWEAT IT OUT! are hosting what is set to be the party to end all parties in just over a week's time at the Metro Theatre in the heart of Sydney, in order to get us all in the mood they've been kind enough to throw some tasty mixes at us.

So far we've seen GO FREEK, DANNY T, and HARRIS ROBOTIS live in the mix over the past few weeks, and we've heard a whole bunch of exciting new house and bass tunes.

So you'll have to count on your keen ear until the next episode arrives if you want any of these tunes for your own house party sets!

Featuring top acts such as WHAT SO NOT, RUFUS DJs, YOLANDA BE COOL, MOTEZ, INDIAN SUMMER, DANNY T and a bunch of other local legends, the cutting-edge Aussie dance label SWEAT IT OUT! will be throwing the Christmas party to end all Christmas parties on Dec 21st @ The Metro Theatre, Sydney.

All profits from the party are going to the St. Vincent De Paul Society, in loving memory of the late, great AJAX, label founder and pillar of the Australian music scene.
