Duke Dumont has taken another massive step in the right direction with 'I Got U'...

DUKE DUMONT is on an absolute killing spree right now, and by that, we mean that he is making really good music on a consistent basis. Now that the UK producer can official call himself a Grammy nominee (his track 'Need U 100%' is up for Best Dance Recording Of The Year), he's gone and dropped a new track that could be up for a similar award in 2015.

Entitled 'I Got U', this 4+ minute creation is a balearic house tune, filled to the absolute brim with bright summer vibes. Featuring contributions from Jax Jones, the track was premiered a couple of days ago as a Annie Mac Special Delivery on her BBC Radio 1 show. She was so enthused with it, she decided to pull it up after the first 2 minutes so that everyone could hear it again from the beginning.

'I Got U' has an immediate impact on the listener, as caribbean percussion charges to the forefront of the mix, whilst really smooth keywork flows in and out of Jones' super soulful and yearning vocals. Throw in some strong pop oriented house samples and an irresistible pulsating bass beat - and it's clear that this one is going to go a long way. Look for it to be a massive crossover hit over our summer.

Duke Dumont has taken another massive step in the right direction with 'I Got U', and as Annie Mac exclaims at the end of the stream "I mean, come on... come on!! This is just too good!".
