Astral People Announce Witness//01
After putting on successful parties through the Concept series, Astral People have just announced another brand within a brand known as WITNESS//01.
After putting on successful parties through the Concept series, which featured artists such as SHED, DJRUM, SHIGETO, DJ EZ and DJ ONEMAN, Astral People have just announced another brand within a brand known as WITNESS//01.
This event will take place tri-annually, focusing mainly on Australia’s best emerging talent in the electronic music spectrum. In addition to this, the mini-festival will include international artists who have been gaining attention on their home turf.
The launch of WITNESS//01 is scheduled for Sunday January 12 and will be held at The Factory Theatre in Sydney, the same venue which housed OutsideIn Festival in September this year. Headlining the debut will be London’s PALEMAN, who has been tipped as the ‘next big thing’ by high profile artists such as SKREAM, LOEFAH and BODDIKA. We’ll also be able to catch sets from some of Australia’s most exciting producers OSCAR KEY SUNG, ANDRAS FOX, ROLAND TINGS, BLACK VANILLA and RETIREE.

Completing the line up will be a selection of Sydney's finest DJs SIMON CALDWELL, BEN FESTER, PREACHA, ANDY WEBB, UNTZZ TWELVE INCH, JIMMY SING and NOISE IN MY HEAD, who will be given the opportunity to play extended sets throughout the day.
