Live Review: LISTEN: Say Lou Lou 'Beloved'

Swedish twin sisters Elektra and Miranda Kilbey make up the dreamy synth-pop duo SAY LOU LOU. Shortly after the release of their stunning second single 'Better In The Dark' the twin pop-goddesses have released the b-side for the single, simply entitled 'Beloved'.

The track is an introspecitve and otherworldly journey saturated with gliterring synth arpeggios, percussion drenched in reverb, soaring vocals, and faded guitars. The rhythms flow around the uplifting melodies that the vocals create, pushing along the track ever-forward and upward. 'Beloved' eventually fades to dulled piano chords as the wispy vocals follow suite.

All in all, this track serves as a perfect b-side for a great single. 'Beloved' is a simple yet entrancing track that shows off the talent of these two twin sisters who can write a damn good pop song.
