Live Review: LISTEN: Blood Orange 'You're Not Good Enough'
Blood Orange has released yet another track from his forthcoming second album Cupid Deluxe. Open your ears and listen to 'You're Not Good Enough'.
Dev Hynes has been releasing some pretty sweet stuff lately, like his music clip for the track 'Chamakay,' which was directed by friend and musician in his own right KINDNESS. 'Chamakay' also featured guest vocals from CHAIRLIFT's Caroline Polacheck and both vocal track sound brilliant together.
BLOOD ORANGE has now released a track called 'You're Not Good Enough' as well and it's a very catchy tune. 'You're Not Good Enough' is our second taste of his forthcoming album Cupid Deluxe and features fantastic guest vocals, this time from FRIENDS' singer Samantha Urbani.

Twangy guitars bring in the wonderful track and the whispering vocals of both Urbani and BLOOD ORANGE sound so delicate and sweet. The song sounds so lustful for a track that is about someone not feeling like their partner is good enough. It's just a wonderful eighties-inspired track, he has channeled the influential era in most of his tracks to produce something that sounds like it's been done before, when really he places in his own flavour to make it sound brand new.
Cupid Deluxe will be released on November 18 through Domino Records and is sure to be as fantastic as we imagined, if 2011's Coastal Grooves is anything to go by.
