Sydney 5-piece, PANAMA, swept onto the scene late last year with an excellent debut EP, but before we could forget about them, they managed to squeeze another EP release in 2013. To make matters better, they've also released a new clip.

It's only been days since we premiered the sophomore EP's title track and lead single, 'Always', on the site. And we really didn't have to wait long for the track to receive its accompanying visuals.

The clip is shot in Berlin by the guys from A Nice Idea Everyday, who have shot clips for people like Digitalism, The Knife and more in the past. And is a continuation of the story from their first video clip for ‘It’s Not Over’. If you need a refresher on that one, it follows the story of a young couple with an even younger child, who are on the road after robbing a convenience store or two. It was also directed by a couple of the A Nice Idea Everyday guys.

This time around, the clip fast forwards in time, not sure how long to be exact, but their child seems to relatively older than before - so let's say a year or so. The female of the couple is seen to be a lot more distressed within her own life, and hence the clip follows her as she deals with her own problems. What is remotely different, is that the clip focusses in on the effect this has on the couples child.

As the daughter is dropped at her friends house, she seems to stay there for a number of days whilst the mother is seemingly missing. Everything ties in as the clip progresses, and obviously we don't want to give anything away here. But it's one hell of an intriguing clip, there are plenty of references and themes that carry on from the prequel to this and it's throughougly enjoyable watch.

Once again, ANIE and Panama have created a story and video that screams of innocent notions and visuals, but also encapsulates very dark themes. What's left is a sense of mystery and intrigue that seems to be missing from many of today's music videos.

So get watching ASAP.
