Pond reveal plans for national tour off the back of their latest album release "Hobo Rocket".
Warriors of mind bending fuzz-rock psychedelia from the small Perth suburb of Daglish, POND are taking to the road to celebrate the release of their latest album 'Hobo Rocket'.
Having not hit the road since February this year, POND will be dusting off the cobwebs gathering on the tour van and bringing their latest album to the stage with a national tour containing a handful of dates, kicking off in Fremantle, before heading to Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne before finishing off in Sydney.

'Hobo Rocket', signed to Aussie label Modular, are a psych-rock sonic treat that explore many creative territories whilst still remaining unique and true to the bands staple sound.
Nick Allbrook of the band describes the release as "…kind of mindset of finding our own little place in music, and being more of a functioning band, which is what makes it noisier and denser. This one we went as brutally hard as we would at a show. We wanted the songs to sound loose and live."
With 'Hobo Rocket' adding to an already extremely large catalogue of the band's music, including a myriad of EP's, singles and albums, this is set to be the one and only headline tour of Hobo Rocket. Next time the band is planning to tour around the country they intend to have new material, which apparently they are already in the midst of recording right now.
Also jumping on board for support slots on the national tour will be garage rock buds Doctopus.
