WIN: Kitsune Australian Tour Prizepacks

It’s happening. It’s on. Here we go. One of the most influential labels in dance music over the past decade is finally bringing their club nights to Australia.

That's right, KITSUNÉ is heading down under this August! And considering that these guys are famous for music, parties, clothes and typefaces for years now, the French tastemakers have most-likely played an integral part of forming your musical tastes. We know they have for us.

Let's break it down. This label has been largely responsible for discovering and breaking bands such as Hot Chip, Digitalism, Two Door Cinema Club, Klaxons, Is Tropical, Delphic, Citizens! and The Whitest Boy Alive to name just a few. And to add to that, their compilations and mixes have become a staple for any music lover, and have created a cult-like following. So now that they're heading to Australia, does that mean they're here to discover the next big thing in our fine country?

We'd like to think so. But they're also here to promote their latest release, Soleil Mix 2. Put together by label heads Jerry Bouthier and Gildas Kitsuné, the mix (released in Aus earlier this month) features the likes of Alan Braxe, Yelle, Goldroom, Two Door Cinema Club, Villa, Hot Chip and a heap more! Therefore their debut Australian Kitsuné Club Nights, will be all about Soleil 2.

Hitting Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and the Gold Coast, the tour will be headed up by the London-based French knight in white denim/label head JERRY BOUTHIER. The man has been classy on the future tip since the early 90s (which is pretty much the late 80s really) so he knows what’s up.

Jerry has also invited some of his friends and label-mates to join him along the way, including the likes of RÜFÜS and CLUBFEET in DJ mode, along with LUKE MILLION, Melbourne starlet CHELA performing live, Modular bros SOFTWAR, ex Lost Valentinos members CSMNT61 and Perth disco-kingpin SHAZAM, all joining the festivities. Not stopping there, the label has heaps of surprises in store for the nights including some super special guests, and massive giveaways!
