Miami Horror Tease New Single 'Real Slow' + Tour

29 August 2013 | 12:00 pm | Nick Luke

Melbourne-base indie-pop band MIAMI HORROR tease new single 'REAL SLOW' + announces international tour.

The Melbourne / LA based quartet that is MIAMI HORROR have just announced their latest single + tour plans with a short and sweet teaser of 'REAL SLOW'.

Going on for three years now, the band has remained quiet about their next release and you can tell why. With such an amazing debut LP - 2010's indie-pop masterpiece 'Illumination', there's definitely a lot of pressure present to deliver on their follow up work. However, if the 42-second long teaser audio clip that was just posted to the band's official soundcloud page is anything to go by, I think the boys might have just hit their mark.

The preview for 'REAL SLOW' boasts a return to MIAMI HORROR'S staple sound that we all know and love. Light and fresh vocal harmonies layered with fluttering synthesizers and pianos all tied together in a rhythmic bow with a beat reminiscent of disco-era electro-pop - something sure to have your head nodding, well at least for 42 seconds anyway.

'REAL SLOW' will be available through iTunes worldwide on 10th September.
