Live Review: LISTEN: Seekae 'Another'

The funny thing about winter is that many of our favourite acts either go MIA for a few months, or they go and tour overseas for all of their summer festivals and such. But now of course since spring is all about to hit us like a blind bird, all of our favourite acts are hitting the road again, making us compelled to spend our cash on their fantastic shows.

Don't know about you guys but I know I'm going to be quite poor over the next few months and SEEKAE are definitely not helping. The band have just announced a grand tour and of course, I'm driven to that ticket site staring at the price until I'm game enough to click the 'Buy Tickets' button. SEEKAE are touring because they have come together again and released a serendipitous new track called 'Another'.

Filled with atmospheric synths that make you feel like you're gliding over the Pacific Ocean, 'Another' is a track that just takes you away into a world of your own creation. It's the perfect soundtrack to make you think about the most miraculous things with that electronic  dream that is 'Another'.

The echoing vocals sound like they are slowly making you fall into serendipity and honestly, those lyrics are pretty dream-like as well. Seriously, 'Another' is pretty much a dream that has come together as an electronic masterpiece by a band we haven't heard from in a while. They must have been dreaming up things like this heaps, basically having the most calm dreams in the world.

SEEKAE's celebration tour actually begins tonight down in Melbourne at The National Gallery Of Victoria. The boys will be travelling throughout August and September so be sure to catch them when they touch down into your city.
