Converse brings you the latest installment of their Get Loud gig series.

CONVERSE has just wrapped up their latest Australian gig series, presenting some of the hottest indie bands with some of the most DIY guerrilla-esque entertainment tactics we've seen in a long time.

GET LOUD 2013 featured a huge lineup of Aussie bands including King Khan and the BBQ Show, Palms, Drunk Mums, Gung Ho, Bad Dreems, DZ Deathrays, Ham Jam, Doctopus, The Laurels, The Murlocs, Tiny Migrants, Millions, Scotdrakula, Kody Nielson and Raw Nerves at free and intimate live shows at one-off unique locales for fans.

The 'one-off' live venues were mostly conversions and makeshift locations, consisting of: "some guy's house in Sydney, a freemason meeting room in Adelaide, a temporary art space in Perth, a metal chain factory in Brisbane (woah), a warehouse in Melbourne, and a 1940’s jazz hall in Auckland."

And as if the events weren't already ice cold enough, at each event CONVERSE gave out 250 disposal cameras to the partygoers, giving them a chance to capture and document the festivities from their point of view. Needless to say this yielded some pretty interesting (and mostly NSFW) results - you can view some of the more 'workplace friendly' snaps here.

With the huge success of the CONVERSE GET LOUD GIG SERIES, you can expect much more cool live music events to come from the comfy sneaker peddlers in the near future.
