The ridiculous roll from the LA trio of sisters, better known as HAIM, continues - as everyone seems to be getting sweaty over the brand new remix of 'Falling' by Duke Dumont.

And let's be honest, they're getting sweaty for a good reason - this remix is brilliant. The original was already one the most played/blogged/talked about tracks of 2013, with many hailing HAIM the band to keep a serious eye and ear on all year, but this re-working from Dumont has brought a whole new life into it. Whilst everyone that wasn't us was swooning over the band as they tore a giant whole through SXSW, this past week - we were busy throwing this bad boy on repeat and slowly crying ourselves to sleep.

The remix takes the extremely up-beat Pop that has made 'Falling' so damn popular, and buries it within layers of atmospheric synths and light and airy dance buildups. The vocals seem to fade within it all, much of the time becoming more of a reminder of what the original once was. The lead guitar line is taken apart and reassembled with some tribal percussion creating a very Jungle themed beat pattern and when combined with the spacey synths - it creates an angelic soundtrack to your slow Monday mornings.

The track is due to drop officially as a part of the 'Falling' remix EP bundle, but thankfully you can stream it to death over at the band's soundcloud. So join the 108,000 or so people who are currently cementing this band as one of the most promising we've seen in a long time - and a have a dance.
